Do you do Returns and Exchanges? We do returns and exchanges for online purchases. We will send you a return label with your order. If you decide that the item that you ordered is not working out, you can return it, free of charge using the provided label. Once we receive your item, we will complete the return or exchange as noted. 

What happens if my package gets lost in the mail? We use USPS for our mailing service. If your package is not received, you will need to contact the USPS for information. We provide a tracking number for you to reference with each order.
